Hotel Policies & Guest Guidelines

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in at 1 PM, check-out at 11 AM; ₹500/hour late checkout fee.

Safety Advisory: Guests must avoid walking or cycling after 6 PM due to wildlife. Remain in rooms from 8 PM to 6 AM. Entering the forest is strictly prohibited.

Valuables: Guests are advised not to bring high-value items.

Conduct & Dress Code: Maintain low noise levels, adhere to curfew, and follow dining area dress codes. Smoking is restricted to designated areas.

Fire Safety: Fires on the property are prohibited.

Documentation: Foreign guests must submit passports/visas upon arrival for legal compliance.

Wildlife Interactions: Do not feed or disturb animals; dark clothing recommended for safaris.

Outside Food & Cooking: Strictly prohibited.

Gate Timings: 9:00 PM – 5:45 AM restrictions.

Guest Responsibility: Safety of children and companion's rests solely with the guests.

Cancellation Policy

Within 7 days of check-in: No refund

11–15 days prior: 75% refund

16+ days prior: 90% refund

Same-day bookings, phone/WhatsApp bookings, and no-shows: No refund

Behavior-related cancellations: Labdhi Resorts reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of incompatible behavior without refund.

Refund Mode:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via account payee cheque or online transfer within 15 days. No interest applies.

Accommodation Policy

• Stag Groups: Not permitted; only families, mixed groups, or couples are allowed.
• Children: 6–11 years charged appropriately; 12+ considered adults.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Guides / Tour Operators: May stay at an additional cost or at nearby Xaviers Lodge (~₹500/night).
• Drivers: No accommodation provided; staff facilities available.
• Rate Policy: No discrimination between Indian and foreign guests.

Restaurant & Food Policies

• Food Timings:
• Breakfast: 8:00 – 10:00 AM
• Lunch: 1:00 – 2:00 PM
• Dinner: 8:00 – 10:00 PM
• Late dinners can be packed in casseroles. No room service.
• Orders for snacks: 4:00 – 5:00 PM, minimum 1-hour notice.
• Non-vegetarian meals can be arranged via a local family with prior request.

Environmental Responsibility

• Plastic Ban: Single-use plastics, including bottled water, are prohibited. Fines for violations range from ₹500–₹10,000.
• Allowed: 5-litre water cans, reusable bottles for storage.
• Sewage Care: Do not flush sanitary items.
• Littering: Use designated bins; fines apply for non-compliance.

Pricing & Bargaining

Room rent and food prices are fixed. Menu cards indicate pricing; bargaining is not entertained.
